Appointments

Our salon is about the new era in professional nail and beauty care. Our staff are highly motivated, excited, well-educated, passionate, professional ladies. They are committed to providing the highest level of customer service in the nail and beauty industry.

Appointments can be made by telephone by calling 01454 773114 or, by visiting our salon. We are happy to assist in selecting an appropriate treatment if you are unsure, after all, thats what we are here for.

Just so you’re absolutely clear about what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you to ensure that you get the very best, personalized, state-of-the-art treatment…

Here’s what we undertake:

  1. If you have a confirmed appointment time, we will never keep you waiting longer than it takes us to ensure you are completely comfortable and answer any questions you may have. If we keep you waiting more than fifteen minutes past your appointment time, you will immediately be entitled to 20% off whatever you spend that day.  

  2. You will always be given the most professional, up-to-date advice. We are unquestionably the best at what we do If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your service here at Park Avenue Nails & Beauty, we want you to tell us, right away. 

  3. All of our team whether they are working on the reception, nail bars or in the treatment rooms are able to carry out most consultations and patch testing that may be required prior to your treatment.

  4. Your treatment room will always be prepared for you. If there is anything that displeases you about your treatment room, please let us know. It will never happen again.

  5. We offer you the convenience of extended trading hours until 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

  6. Sometimes it is necessary and unavoidable that we change or need to replace at short notice your chosen therapist.  You will always be given the choice of accepting or rejecting this replacement, in advance.

And heres what we ask of you please.....

  1. Let us know at the time of booking your appointment any allergies or medical conditions you have or if you are pregnant or 'trying' as some treatments may be contra indicated or just not suitable.

  2. You pay the agreed treatment costs.  

  3. You are on time. If you are not on time, you understand that you may not be able to have your chosen treatment at that time, or that your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.

  4. Please consider our therapists – and that your own personal hygiene is of a high standard.

  5. If you feel we haven't met the mark then please tell us! We welcome constructive criticism in all forms.
